Clear the pile.
In three taps.

Every parent knows it. The school newsletter on the counter. The sports schedule in the car. The summer camp PDF buried in email. This free tool reads every date from every flyer and puts it on a calendar everyone shares — so nobody misses pajama day.

Or paste flyer text manually

No AI needed. Paste the dates from your flyer below and we'll detect them for you.

How it works

1

Upload the flyer

Snap a photo of a paper flyer, upload a PDF from email, or paste a screenshot. Any format works.

2

AI extracts every date

The AI reads the document, finds every event, date, time, and location — including items buried in small print.

3

Add to your calendar

Review the events, edit if needed, then add them all to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook in one tap.

It handles every type of flyer

One tool for the whole pile — not just school newsletters.

Why use this instead of typing it yourself?

10 seconds vs 10 minutes

A typical school newsletter has 8–12 dates. Typing each one is 10+ minutes of work that's easy to get wrong.

Shared instantly

Once it's in a shared calendar, every family member — on any device — sees it. No more 'did you tell me about that?'

No missed events

The pile doesn't disappear. One upload and the information is where it belongs — on the calendar, not on the counter.

Common questions

What types of flyers does this support?
School newsletters, sports schedules, summer camp PDFs, event posters, and church bulletins. If it has dates and event names, the AI can read it. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, screenshots.
Which calendars can I add events to?
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (iCal), Outlook, and any app that supports the standard .ics format.
What if the flyer has multiple events?
The AI splits out each event separately — including items buried in small print like order-form deadlines tucked below the main announcement. Each event gets its own calendar entry.
Is my flyer data private?
Uploaded files are processed to extract events and deleted immediately. We do not store your documents.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser. Upload, review, add to calendar — done.
